The 15th IWC in Prague

The International Wheelset Congress (IWC) is organized every third year since 1963. The 15th IWC will be held in Prague on 23-27 September 2007.

As one of the main international rail conferences, the IWC attracts engineers from the international rail community – rail operators, equipment builders, component suppliers, academia, and government, regulatory and standards organizations. It provides a forum for dissemination of new technology and advancements in the design, manufacturing, testing, and performance of railway wheelsets and related components to promote increased productivity, performance and safety in rail operations.
