On March 03 and 04 2010, in Cologne, Germany, Dr. Martin Henke will chair the 5th International VDV Railway Congress titled "Interoperability in Rail Freight Traffic - Brake or Driving Force for the Railway Companies?"
The congress begins at 11:00 on 03 March and will last until 14:15 on 04 March. There will be simultaneous interpreting in German and English.
