UNIFE-CER Rail Investment Seminar in

The European Union provides billions of Euros billion for rail infrastructure investments. A significant share of these funds is available for the Member States of Central and Eastern Europe where they can help to improve railway infrastructure radically.
However, in particular in the Central and Eastern European Member States, the absorption rate of EU funds in the railway sector is low and the networks are in urgent need of investments.
In this situation UNIFE and CER organise a seminar to facilitate the exchange of best practices between infrastructure managers that have experience with the absorption of European funds, decision-makers from Central and Eastern European countries and the European rail industry. As you can see in the attached programme, representatives of the European Institutions will also be attending the seminar.

Please note that participation in the seminar and in the dinner – which is kindly sponsored by EFRTC – is FREE of charge.
However, travel costs and accommodation will not be reimbursed.
