About the Committee
The purpose of the UNIFE Strategy Committee is to provide industry
expertise to UNIFE management and the Presiding Board. The members
of the group are high-level industry professionals with valuable
experience and expertise in the sector. They play an important
role in defining and leading the work of UNIFE.
The Strategy Committee may also undertake specific tasks as requested
by the General Manager, the Presiding Board, or its own members.
The remit of the Strategy Committee is to act as a steering body
for UNIFE initiatives to ensure that work is undertaken in the
best interests of the Railway supply Industry.
Twelve members commit to a 3 years period of service to the Strategy Committee. The Strategy Committee can also invite additional experts
to join them for the duration of specific projects.
The UNIFE Strategy Committee normally has meetings at two monthly intervals
or as seen necessary by the Strategy Committee or the UNIFE General
Director.
