UNIFE is seeking an experienced and visionary leader to become the next IRIS General Manager of IRIS Certification®, the globally recognised quality management certification system for the railway industry.

Based in Brussels and reporting to the UNIFE Director General and the IRIS Certification® Steering Committee, the successful candidate will provide the strategic leadership and operational management of IRIS Certification®, driving its continued global development and international recognition.

Working closely with manufacturers, suppliers, certification bodies, railway operators, standardisation bodies, and other key stakeholders, the General Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of quality and operational excellence across the international railway sector.
