IRIS Certification® Internal Auditor Training
This five-day intensive training course covers the requirements of IRIS Certification® Rev.04. Participants will learn how to implement the latest version of IRIS Certification® in their company’s day-to-day operations, whether in a large enterprise or a smaller organisation.

Overview of the training modules
The training covers all aspects of ISO 22163 and the IRIS Certification® Performance Assessment, structured into 17 modules. It addresses all mandatory processes as well as the IRIS Certification® assessment methodology, including process performance and customer perception management. Participants learn how to conduct effective and value-adding internal audits within their organization.

- Self-study, exercises and project work to deepen understanding
- Individual coaching sessions for targeted support and feedback

What does the learning journey look like?
The live online training comprises five days of virtual classroom sessions (one session a week) and self-study. The training involves working on your own examples, and the progress is checked by the trainer. Participants can also book up to three 30-minute slots of individual coaching with the trainer.

- Documents created for your own organisation to achieve IRIS Certification® or improve your next audit results
- Ability to prepare, conduct, and report effective internal IRIS Certification® audits
