OSIRIS PRESENT AT THE 2013 UITP WORLD CONGRESS IN GENEVA

The following day, a presentation on OSIRIS was given by the Project Coordinator, Judit Sandor of UNIFE, who succeeded in gathering a large audience at the ATM stand. Ms. Sandor informed the audience of the goals and expected outcomes of the project. She highlighted the intermediate results of the project after the first year and a half. The event was very suitable, since more than 2000 stakeholders from 78 Countries representing the public transport sector were present. The presentation was part of a series of events supported by ATM. OSIRIS plans to present the concluding project achievements at the next UITP World Congress which will be organized ATM in 2015 in Milan.

The participation in the UITP 60th World Congress represented a milestone in the dissemination process of OSIRIS and this step is meant to make various stakeholders aware of the importance of addressing a key subject to the sector, the reduction of energy consumption in Urban Rail Systems.
